Larry Keeley

Larry Keeley is a strategist who has worked to develop more effective innovation methods for over twenty-seven years. Larry is president and co-founder of Doblin Inc, an innovation strategy firm known for pioneering comprehensive innovation systems that materially improve innovation success rates. Doblin is now a unit of Monitor Group, Cambridge MA, where Keeley is a Partner.
Since 1979, Keeley has worked with many global companies on innovation effectiveness, among them Aetna, American Express, Amoco, Apple, Baxter, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, Consignia, Diageo, Ford, GE, Hallmark, McDonald’s, Monsanto, Motorola, Novartis, Pfizer, Shell, Steelcase, Target, Texas Instruments, WellPoint, Whirlpool, and Zurich Financial Services. He lectures frequently and publishes regularly on strategic aspects of innovation. He has written book on innovation effectiveness The Taming of the New, now in press, that is an exhaustive analysis of innovation and the superior methods that drive ROI.
BusinessWeek recently named Keeley one of seven Innovation Gurus that are changing the field, and specifically cited Doblin for having many of the most sophisticated tools for delivering innovation effectiveness. Keeley teaches graduate innovation strategy classes at the Institute of Design in Chicago, the first design school in the U.S. with a Ph.D. program, where he is also a board member. He lectures in executive education programs at Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is on the faculty for their core MBA and their Masters of Manufacturing Management programs. He also lectures at University of Chicago and the Darden Graduate School of Management at UVA, plus business schools in Spain, England, Scotland and elsewhere.
Keeley was a Senior Fellow of the Center for Business Innovation, in Boston. He is also a board member for Chicago Public Radio, where he has charted strategy for what has become an innovation engine for public radio in the US. |

Patia McGrath

Patia reports to Dan Henson, GE’s Chief Marketing Officer, as part of his Corporate Marketing team. The objective of this group is to accelerate the establishment of a more market-focused culture in GE, and to drive growth across the company. In this role since 2004, Patia’s focus has been on innovation and strategic marketing. She has worked on a number of key company-wide projects, including the organic-growth-targeted Imagination Breakthroughs and the strategy framework CECOR.
She has also worked on a variety of business-specific initiatives, such as the assessment of market opportunities in Africa for GE’s Rail business and the design of a strategic plan for GE’s Global Research Center. Patia is a frequent invited speaker at GE’s Crotonville education facility.
Patia joined GE Corporate from Harvard Business School, where she was a Research Associate for Professor Michael Porter. In this role, she spearheaded Porter’s “New CEO Workshop” initiative, which brought together newly-appointed CEOs of major public companies to address issues ranging from strategy execution to investor communication.
Prior to a stint as an investment banker with CSFB’s Technology Group, Patia helped lead sales and marketing at WhiteLight Systems, a business intelligence software startup headquartered in Palo Alto. Patia also spent several years working for J.P. Morgan’s Private Client Group. During her years in engineering research, Patia worked for Ford Motor Company, the Sloan Automotive Lab at MIT, and the Gas Turbine Lab at MIT.
Patia holds a MBA from Harvard Business School, a MS in Aeronautics & Astronautics from MIT, an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia. |

Dr. Glenn Forbes

Glenn S. Forbes, M.D., is chief executive officer of Mayo Clinic Rochester. He serves as chair of Mayo Clinic Executive Board, is a member of Mayo Clinic Board of Governors, and a member of Mayo Clinic Board of Trustees.
Dr. Forbes received the B. S. degree from the University of Notre Dame and the M.D. degree from Yale University School of Medicine. He completed fellowships at Notre Dame and Yale, in addition to an internship and fellowships in diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology at Mayo Clinic
Throughout his training and career, Dr. Forbes has received numerous honors and awards and has held various professional memberships. He is a trustee for the American Board of Radiology, fellow of the American College of Radiology, and past president of the American Society of Neuroradiology. He is past president and CEO of Franciscan Skemp Healthcare, Mayo Health System, and past chair of Mayo Clinic Rochester Department of Radiology. Dr. Forbes holds the academic rank of professor of radiology, and he has been a staff consultant in Diagnostic Radiology since 1977.
Dr. Forbes has served in editorial and reviewer positions for various medical journals, such as the American Journal of Neuroradiology, Journal of Computed Tomography, Journal of Neurology and Mayo Clinic Proceedings. He has given national and international presentations and has authored or co-authored numerous articles, book chapters, editorials, electronic media, abstracts and letters. At Mayo Clinic, he actively participates in educational activities and is a recipient of the Teacher of the Year Award.
Dr. Forbes is widely recognized for his clinical and research contributions in radiology and for his leadership at Mayo Clinic. |

Graham Milner

Milner has been with WD-40 Co. since 1992 in various management positions, including senior vice president the Americas with sales and marketing responsibility for USA, Canada and Latin America , vice president sales and marketing the Americas, director international (Latin America and Asia)
Milner also has an in-depth knowledge of advertising. In his last position at Phillips Ramsey, he was senior vice president, director of client services where in addition to other clients was responsible for the
WD-40 Company’ account.
Milner holds a Bachelors of Science degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and a Masters Degree in business administration from San Diego State University.

WD-40 Company is headquartered in San Diego, California and has subsidiaries and offices worldwide.
Mrs. Barry has been with WD-40 Co. since 1994 in various marketing positions, including brand manger for Latin America and Canada. She left the company for 2 years between 2000 and 2002. She joined Team Tomorrow in November 2002.
During her two-and-half year hiatus from WD-40 Company, Barry expanded her experience in product development and marketing. In 2000, Mrs. Barry worked for Hunter Douglas, the leading manufacturer and marketer of window treatments. There she developed multiple window shutter products and successfully launched 3 products in a 15-month period. Later she worked as marketing director for Solatube International, a manufacturer and marketer of tubular skylights and solar attic fans. Solatube sells to the residential and commercial market.
Barry holds a Bachelors of Science degree in political science from the University of California at San Diego and a Master in International Business from the University of San Diego. Barry speaks Spanish and is conversational in German.

Rohit Talwar

Rohit Talwar is a global futurist, entrepreneur, researcher, specialist advisor, and sought-after speaker. Recent keynote presentations have included the joint conference of the California Economic Development, Shell, Halliburton, Whirlpool, the US Department of Defense, and the Academy of Chief Executives (U.K.). Rohit spends his time doing in-depth research, speaking and writing about global trends. He has a particular interest in technology futures, the evolution of China, India, the emerging economies and the future of travel. Rohit is CEO of Fast Future, and founder and CEO of the strategic futures think tank Global Futures and Foresight (GFF).
Rohit was profiled as one of the top 10 global trendwatchers by the UK’s Independent Newspaper. He was recently invited to share the platform with Arnold Schwarzenegger to discuss California's future in a changing global economy. He won the prestigious ‘stickiest guru’ award after being voted best speaker for his presentation on the future of travel at Asia’s largest travel conference. As a result, Rohit was then asked to deliver the keynote address on future travel risks and opportunities to the ASEAN Travel Ministers’ Forum (ATF) in the Philippines. He was also invited to chair the event and deliver a keynote address on the World in 2020 at the first World CEO Forum in Dubai.
Rohit is currently running the largest Horizon Scanning and Futures Programme in Europe for UK Government and leading a study on the critical global trends over the next 50 years.
He has written widely on futures, strategy and change and was the editor and lead author of the book Achieving Transformation and Renewal in Financial Services. He has appeared on BBC TV, CNBC and BBC Radio 4 to talk about future trends.
