I was happy with the many positive comments we received on our 4th Annual Growing the Company Conference. Dr. Ellers was easily the #1 rated speaker for “take homes” with Harry Bonds and Paul Clipp as #2 and #3 respectively.
The most common suggestions for improvement were as follows:

The Sales / Marketing issues should have received more play

The conference may have had too much of a mfg vs. a generic sector slant

Roundtable breakout discussions should be used in future annual meetings as they have been in the past (we will return to our previous format at the 2002 Annual Meeting).
