| 1. What is the difference between CEN and SEN? |
Our organization is structured into two networks (CEN & SEN) that comprise six industry sectors (manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, architectural, engineering, electrical and mechanical contracting, and technology software). The Chief Executive Network is designed for CEO's, and the Senior Executive Network is designed for senior executives.

| 2. What are the fees involved with membership? |
There is an annual fee for membership in the Chief and Senior Executive Networks (generally between $2250 - $3250). This fee is determined based upon gross company revenue from the previous fiscal year.
Additionally, there is a one-time membership application fee of $750. This application fee includes your first meeting as a prospective member.

Meetings
The purpose of the organization is to improve company performance by exchanging expertise. Through the meetings, individuals have the opportunity to network, gain access to industry experts, and learn about the latest trends in professions and industries.

Facilitated by CEN/SEN staff, Connections allows members to pose questions to the entire CEN and SEN membership.

Access to the member portion of the CEN website This includes past meeting notes, presentations, President's Reports, and sub-group contact information.

Continuing Education Credits
As part of our continuing commitment to providing high-quality service to our membership, the Chief & Senior Executive Networks are been approved as registered sponsors for CPE, AIA, and Engineering PDH credits.

CEN is composed of groups from several different industry sectors including:

| 5. My partner/colleague and I both want to join. Can we share a membership? |
The answer to this question depends on if both yourself and your partner want to attend all 2-4 membership meetings per year simultaneously. If the answer is yes, then you both must pay a membership fee. On the other hand, if for example, you want to attend all the Spring meetings and your partner wants to attend the Fall meetings, then yes, you may share a membership and pay just one fee.

| 6. What do my membership fees cover? |
The membership fee includes everything except transportation to and from the meetings and hotel accommodations. It includes all meals, meetings supplies, professional facilitation, etc.

| 7. What are the Leadership Conferences and are they included in my membership? |
Throughout the meeting year, CEN offers two non-industry/subject specific conferences. These conference are open to both members and non-members.
They are not included in a CEN member's membership fees, but members do receive a discounted rate. For more information on these conferences, please see below.

| 10. I'm an accountant, can I get CPE credits for meeting attendance? |
Yes, CEN is a registered provider for the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). The average number of credits earned for each meeting is 11. For more information please see our Continuing Education Page.

| 11. I'm an architect, can I get AIA/CES credits for meeting attendance? |
Yes, CEN is a registered provider for the American Institute of Architects (AIA). The average number of credits earned for each meeting is 11. These credits are reported directly to AIA for architectural members. For more information please see our Continuing Education page.

| 12. What is the meeting attire? |
Dress for CEN meetings is business casual. Suits are not required. Casual skirts or slacks with collared shirts, sweaters, blazers, or sport coats are the norm. The emphasis is on comfort so you can concentrate on the conference.

| 13. Where are the meetings held? |
The meetings are held at airport hotels or hotels in close proximity to the airport. This allows for members to quickly get to and from the meeting.

| 14. How should I book my hotel room? Do you have a room block? |
It is the responsibility of the member/attendee to book their own hotel room(s). For each meeting, CEN will have a block of rooms reserved at the meeting hotel. More specific instructions can be found at our Meeting Schedule Page. Simply click on the meeting you are planning to attend to find the correct information. Please remember to ask for the "The Chief Executive Network Room Block" or "The Senior Executive Network Room Block."

| 15. Is my spouse invited to attend the reception/dinner on Thursday night? |
Yes, we welcome the attendance of spouses at the dinner and reception. We only ask that prior to the meeting you let us know, so that we may plan for them.
