MEMBER BENEFITS: MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

CEN and SEN members meet 2-3 times a year for a day to a day and a half to focus on working "on" their business versus working "in" their business.

Our events provide many opportunities to hear from business leaders and meet others in your industry.

Meetings

Sessions are crisp, the content is relevant, and the pace is quick and powerful. This is a chance for you to step back, find out what other chief and senior executives your industry are doing, and compare business practices.

Meetings are usually structured in the following 4 sessions:

1. The President's Report: 60 minutes of critical analysis of current trends.
   
   
2. Member Executive Briefings: At each meeting one or two members present a brief 15-20 minute executive summary in an area in which they have expertise. You pick up best practices, trends, and resource materials that keep you from reinventing the wheel.
   
   
3. Roundtable Sessions: Members are divided into subgroups (by industry and revenue size) of no more than 12. The small group size ensures a high level of interaction and strengthens the relationship between members. The process leader guiding each discussion is an expert in the field who is excellent at articulation and dissection of each concept.
   
   
4. Advisory Board Session: In this session each member is provided an opportunity to present their most pressing business challenge to a small group of their peers. Working as an unofficial board of directors, members obtain constructive advice from other members who have experienced similar issues or have worked previously through the challenges. 

At these functions, individuals have the opportunity to network, gain access to industry experts and learn about the latest trends in professions and industries.
